Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management preferred.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition; tech company experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to HR processes, detail-oriented.
• Analytical thinker with leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Drive recruitment-related projects (e.g., process improvement, ATS optimization, talent pipeline development).
