Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indonesia seeks a senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement assurance, expediting, logistics coordination, customs and import management, and materials control for complex projects. You will act as the PMC focal point, ensuring supply chain activities do not constrain construction, commissioning, or handover.

This role requires leading procurement oversight, coordinating expediting across China and Indonesia, managing warehousing, and delivering weekly and monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience on major industrial projects.
• Experience on mining, metals, smelting, power, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing supply chains involving China-based manufacturers and suppliers.
• Experience with oversized and heavy-lift equipment logistics.
• Experience supporting EPC and PMC project delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC supply chain, logistics, expediting, and materials management teams.
• Monitor procurement progress against schedules and supplier performance.
• Coordinate expediting activities across China and Indonesia.
• Manage customs clearance and importation coordination.
• Ensure materials management and site warehousing readiness.
• Develop risk management and reporting processes.
• Provide weekly and monthly supply chain dashboards to project leadership.
