Job summary

Worley seeks a Lead Design Structure Engineer to join our Indonesia team. You will oversee the structural engineering discipline, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements and obtain technical sign-off for changes.

The role requires extensive structural engineering experience, safety acumen, and geothermal, SAGS, or power/oil & gas plant design exposure. You will lead design reviews and ensure standards compliance across projects.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in structural engineering.
Basic safety knowledge and ability to implement safety processes.
Design engineers with geothermal power plant and Steam Field Above Ground (SAGS) experience.
Experience in power or oil & gas plant design and geothermal plant specs (Rankine and ORC).

Responsibilities

Develop preliminary designs and specifications for power plant and SAGS projects.
Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations; consolidate comments from other disciplines and operations.
Provide structural designs that withstand stresses from use and environmental conditions; select materials and inspect construction.
Evaluate structures of power plants, maintenance workshops, mezzanine floors, and office buildings to ensure soundness.
Focus on design, engineering, construction and maintenance of infrastructure including buildings, roads, bridges and underground works.
Lead design and maintenance for structures and underground works; coordinate with other disciplines.
