Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Design Piping Engineer to join our Indonesia team. You will oversee the piping engineering discipline for projects, ensuring the engineering deliverables meet contract requirements and obtain technical sign-off for changes.

You will bring 15 years of piping experience, with specific geothermal power plant and Steam Field Above Ground (SAGS) experience, and apply safety-focused design practices while upholding international standards and best practices across EPC

Qualifications

Design engineers with geothermal power plant and Steam Field Above Ground (SAGS) experience.
Basic safety knowledge and ability to implement safety processes to mitigate risk.
15 years of piping engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Develop preliminary designs and specifications; produce EPC documents for power plants and SAGS.
Evaluate tenders; review designs; participate in factory acceptance tests.
Provide piping design discipline across projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Consolidate comments from other disciplines and operations for Safety In Design (SID) deliverables.
Support all piping-related projects; maintain accuracy of piping material specifications.
Assist in selecting materials and building piping systems for steam, brine, condensate, water and waste.
