Job summary

Worley in Indonesia is seeking a Lead Design Civil Engineer to join our team. You will be accountable for the civil engineering discipline, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements and obtaining technical sign-off for changes.

The ideal candidate has at least 15 years in Civil Engineering, with design experience in geothermal power plants and Steam Field Above Ground (SAGS), plus familiarity with safety processes and power or oil & gas projects.

Qualifications

• Having 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering
• Design engineers with specific geothermal power plant and Steam Field Above Ground (SAGS) experience.
• Having basic safety knowledge, able to implement safety process and mitigate risk effectively in order ensure safety working properly.
• Experience in power or oil & gas plant design and specification of geothermal power plant comprising both conventional Rankine steam cycle and Organic Rankine Cycle plant.

Responsibilities

• Development of preliminary designs and specifications, development of performance-based EPC contract documents for power plant and SAGS, tender evaluation, design review and attendance at key factory acceptance tests.
• Ensures the correct implementation of relevant international standards and any applicable regulations requirements, review and comments of the key deliverables such as SID Concept
• Have accountability for civil engineering discipline for the project which includes assurance that the engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements and technical sign-off of changes.
• Focuses on the design, engineering, construction and maintenance of a building, road, bridge, related infrastructure, and underground works such as a structure and equipment foundation, water and energy systems and the infrastructure for a cleaner environment.
• Responsible for design, build, and maintenance for structures and underground works and focuses on the design and engineering of all type of stationary structures.
