Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in environmental design, management, or engineering within construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and environmental impact mitigation practices.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Establish environmental objectives, performance targets, and compliance requirements in line with regulations and company standards.
• Lead environmental support throughout the project lifecycle and review construction methods for compliance.
• Oversee site environmental performance of personnel and contractors, ensuring adherence to environmental plans.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring and testing to verify standards during project execution.
• Investigate hazardous materials and incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and ensure proper regulatory reporting.
