Job summary

BP Indonesia seeks a seasoned Static Mechanical Engineer to provide deep expertise in design, analysis and troubleshooting of static equipment, piping and combustion equipment for strategic reviews and site engineering.

You will deliver frontline engineering support during normal operations, startups and outages, apply risk management to reduce safety and reliability risks, lead RCFA investigations and develop corrective actions, and optimize maintenance tasks and life-cycle strategies across

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in oil and gas as mechanical/piping engineer across office and site work.
Experience in EPC/EPCC and operating-company environments.
Practical application of mechanical equipment standards and practices.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline engineering support for operations, startups, shutdowns and equipment performance.
Apply risk management to reduce safety, integrity, reliability, production and cost risks.
Lead or support RCFA investigations and develop corrective actions.
Develop maintenance tasks and SAP PM build from operating history and reliability data.
Support MoC, brownfield modifications and project deliverables.
Prepare repair plans following ASME PCC-1 and PCC-2.
