Job summary

PT. Prima Solid Energik is seeking an Equipment Engineer to lead static and rotating equipment management across EPC and Oil & Gas projects in Indonesia.

You will review datasheets, vendor documents, and technical drawings to ensure compliant designs and reliable operations. With at least 3 years in equipment engineering, you will coordinate with Process, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and QA/QC teams, perform detailed evaluations, and support installation and

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as Equipment Engineer on EPC/Oil & Gas and related projects.
• Knowledge of static and rotating equipment incl. pressure vessel, storage tank, heat exchanger, pump, compressor, and package equipment.
• Familiar with ASME, API, ASTM standards and project standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review datasheet, equipment specification, drawing, vendor document, and technical documentation
• Conduct technical bid evaluation (TBE) and review vendor quotation
• Perform equipment selection and technical evaluation of vendor/supplier
• Coordinate with Process, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Procurement, QA/QC, and Vendor teams
• Understand and apply equipment design, specification, sizing, and engineering calculation
• Manage inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Apply material selection, corrosion allowance, pressure/temperature rating, and basic mechanical design principles
