Job summary

PT Kompeten Satu Negeri is seeking a hands-on Finance Officer to prepare and maintain financial, accounting, and tax records. You will perform data processing, reconciliation, and reporting using Microsoft Excel, and conduct on-site checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance or accounting, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with occasional field checks at manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Experience in manufacturing, garment, electronics, or related industries preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work hands-on environment and conduct field checks when required.
• Able to work on-site Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
• Willing to travel between locations as needed.
