Job summary

PT Beka Wire Indonesia is seeking a Manager Finance & Accounting for a manufacturing company to lead cost control, financial reporting, and inventory management.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxes, and audits, providing financial insights to management. Strong experience in manufacturing environments and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• 3–5 years as Supervisor or Manager.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Construction sectors.
• Experience handling Cost Accounting, Production Costing, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing Cost Analysis.
• Understanding of COGM, COGS, Standard Cost and Variance Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Inventory and Stock Control, Fixed Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Understanding of production flow: Raw Material, Work in Process (WIP), Finished Goods
• Understanding of BOM, Production Planning, and Overhead Cost Manufacturing
• ERP System capability
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Strategic Thinking, and Communication skills
