You will lead improvements from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable semiconductor process capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Technical skills include electroplating fundamentals, chemical control, process optimization, SPC, DOE, and structured problem solving (8D/DMAIC).
• Soft skills include leadership, mentoring, influence, and driving innovation to shape long‑term process strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable cost, yield, and reliability improvements through innovation and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for defects and customer escalations using 8D/DMAIC.
• Develop and standardize process documentation and controls (SOPs, control plans, PFMEA, reaction plans, specs).
• Drive task force and focus teams.
