PT Infineon Technologies Batam is seeking a Principal Engineer End of Line to lead molding and trim/form activities for SON products in a high‑tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will drive process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior engineers across Production, Quality, and Test teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or physics, with 10+ years in semiconductor assembly, and deep hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor assembly manufacturing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Transfer Molding, Marking, Trim & Form, and TDSON leadframe-based packages.
• Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
• Proven success in yield improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
