Job summary

ALTO Network in Indonesia is seeking an experienced SRE/IT Support professional to safeguard production systems, manage changes safely, and drive reliable service delivery.

You will own incident response, automation initiatives, monitoring setups, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of our financial digital products.

Candidates should have 5+ years in SRE/IT roles, with Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and ITIL knowledge; a CKA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SRE / IT Support / Application Support / System Engineer with at least 5 years.
• CKA certification would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Technology, ISO 8583, REST API, Networking and ITIL v4.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent change management in implementing changes safely and efficiently in the production environment.
• Demonstrate excellent incident & problem response and resolve the issue within SLA.
• Demonstrate excellent service request handling from other parties within SLA.
• Demonstrate excellent efficiency in automating tasks and reducing manual effort.
• Demonstrate excellent implementation of a comprehensive monitoring system to detect issues early and proactively react
• Demonstrate excellent reviewing root cause analysis and action plans.
