You will implement monitoring, analyze root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain governance.

Formación

• Proven experience as SRE/IT support or similar role with 5+ years total.
• CKA certification would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incident & problem resolution.
• Deployment activities and automation of processes.
• Automate tasks to reduce manual effort across products.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring to detect issues early.
• Review and act on root cause analyses and system performance.
• Maintain governance and risk/compliance in respective areas.
