Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to monitor and maintain our infrastructure in Indonesia. You will work across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring observability, reliability, and uptime while collaborating with multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Linux/networking skills, and hands-on experience with Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD. Shift work including midnight is required in some rotations.

Qualifications

1+ years in DevOps/SRE/Network/Operations.
Familiar with Linux and networking concepts.
Ability to work independently when required.
Collaborate across teams to minimize downtime.
Willing to learn Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD.
Able to work in night shifts.
Hands-on Bash scripting experience.

Responsibilities

Understand current infrastructure and services running in public clouds and on-premise.
Review documentation and use as guidelines for troubleshooting.
Ensure technical documents for new and existing processes are up to date.
Provide observability on systems and infrastructure.
Monitor system infrastructure using Grafana and related tools.
Respond to infra and service-related support cases.
Identify and troubleshoot issues as reported.
Perform upgrades and patches using CI tools.
Conduct preventive maintenance on systems and infra.
