Job summary

LIXIL Indonesia is seeking a Senior Specifier to influence developers, architects, and designers to specify LIXIL products in building designs in Jakarta. The role drives specification strategies through the design, tender, and construction phases.

You will lead a specifier team, manage KPIs, and build executive relationships with major accounts. The position requires strong market insight, collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and a proactive approach to opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of specifier exposure in building materials, technical roles, or construction.
• Strong leadership, people-management skills, and business sense.
• Extensive network with developers, architects, contractors, interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic specification plans to position LIXIL products in projects.
• Manage specifier team, set KPIs, and resolve technical or commercial challenges.
• Build executive relationships with developers, architects, design consultants, and engineering leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end specification lifecycle from design to tender and construction.
