Job summary

Hydron, Jakarta-based e-commerce innovator, seeks an experienced SEO lead to own GEO strategy and drive measurable growth. You will collaborate with content, product and engineering to implement tests and track KPI-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include analysing search intent, prioritising opportunities, and turning audit findings into actionable roadmaps, with strong ownership and AI-aware perspective.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy skills.
• Practical experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO auditing tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to turn data and audit findings into prioritised, actionable plans.
• Working understanding of GEO and how search behaviour is shifting with AI.
• Strong ownership: you see work through to results, not just recommendations.
