Job summary

G2G in BSD, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced SEO professional to own the GEO strategy and drive measurable growth. You will analyse technical issues, content gaps and competitive landscapes, then translate findings into prioritized plans.

The role requires hands-on work with major analytics tools, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to scale AI-assisted search initiatives. Applicants should have at least 3 years of SEO experience, strong technical and content strategy

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy skills.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO auditing tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to translate data/audit findings into prioritised plans.
• Understanding of GEO and AI-driven search trends.

What You'll Do

• Own SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy, roadmap and KPIs, aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse technical issues, search intent, content gaps and competitors to find growth opportunities.
• Prioritise recommendations based on expected impact, effort and available resources.
• Take recommendations from plan to implementation and validation, working closely with content, product and engineering teams.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility, leads and conversions; spot risks early and adjust strategies that underperform.
• Design and run tests for AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.), and report clearly on what works and what doesn't.
• Share practical knowledge with the team and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on‑page optimisation and content strategy skills.
