Job summary

Dealls is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across Dealls and KantorKu. You’ll translate strategy into execution—building pages, improving rankings, fixing technical issues, and shipping SEO initiatives that bring in qualified, high-intent traffic.

You’ll work closely with the SEO Lead, Product, Engineering, and Content to turn SEO into a real growth engine, owning initiatives from keyword strategy to landing-page creation and programmatic SEO at scale.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience in SEO with strong hands-on execution.
• Proven experience growing organic traffic and meaningful conversions.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, content systems, and search intent.
• Comfortable working with data and explaining impact clearly.
• Able to work independently and ship consistently.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO initiatives across Dealls and KantorKu based on defined strategy.
• Lead keyword research and search-intent mapping (jobs, ATS, HRIS, payroll, B2B SaaS).
• Optimize on-page SEO: titles, internal linking, content structure, schema.
• Build and maintain SEO landing pages and content clusters.
• Support and execute programmatic SEO initiatives at scale.
• Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, CWV).
• Monitor performance using GSC, GA, SEMrush, and internal dashboards.
• Analyze rankings, CTR, traffic quality, and conversions.
• Run SEO experiments and iterate based on data.
• Prepare clear weekly updates with findings and next steps.
• Lead team comprised of SEO Specialist & Writers

About the Role

You’ll be a key driver of organic growth for Dealls and KantorKu. As Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll translate strategy into execution — building pages, improving rankings, fixing technical issues, and shipping SEO initiatives that bring in qualified, high-intent traffic.

This role is for someone who already thinks in funnels and impact, not just keywords. You’ll work closely with the SEO Lead, Product, Engineering, and Content to turn SEO into a real growth engine.
