Job summary

G2G in BSD, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced SEO professional to own the GEO strategy and drive measurable growth. You will analyse technical issues, content gaps and competitive landscapes, then translate findings into prioritized plans.

The role requires hands-on work with major analytics tools, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to scale AI-assisted search initiatives. Applicants should have at least 3 years of SEO experience, strong technical and content strategy

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy skills.
Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with SEO auditing tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Ability to translate data/audit findings into prioritised plans.
Understanding of GEO and AI-driven search trends.

Responsibilities

Own SEO and GEO strategy, roadmap and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Analyse technical issues, search intent, content gaps and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prioritise recommendations based on impact, effort and resources.
Collaborate with content, product and engineering teams to implement and validate changes.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility, leads and conversions; adjust strategies as needed.
Design and run tests for AI-powered search and report findings clearly.
