Job summary

Crawl Compass in Jakarta is seeking an SEO specialist to run audits for a handful of client accounts and shape strategy from the ground up.

You will perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical fixes—covering crawlability, speed, and structured data—while building AI-powered visibility alongside classic SEO. You will also write clear monthly reports and walk clients through them, collaborating with writers and the founder on strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on SEO, agency or in-house.
• Proficient with Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO, on-page, and content.
• Clear written English.

What we're looking for

• Comfortable in Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs.
• A solid grasp of technical SEO, on-page, and content.
• Clear written English.
• Analytical, and honest when something is not working.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI search or LLM visibility.
• Basic HTML and CSS.
• Indonesian.
• Local SEO or structured data.
