You will partner with content, web, and marketing teams to standardize processes and reporting. The role requires 5+ years in SEO with leadership exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a digital agency.
• Strong SEO business understanding, linking performance to business results.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
• Able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders; comfortable with diverse teams.
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results focus.
• Experience managing workflows, teams, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of content marketing and digital campaign integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver effective, measurable results.
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee all SEO projects from planning to reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Create and maintain SEO templates, content plans, and reports to support performance.
• Present reports and insights to clients in a clear, strategic, engaging way.
• Support the business team in preparing proposals and pitching SEO strategies to clients.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to improve performance.
• Manage partnerships with writers, vendors, and backlink providers.
