Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of improving website performance, organic traffic, and lead generation.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and user experience (UX).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement SEO strategies.
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and website optimization techniques.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and user engagement.
• Analyze website performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and ensure content is optimized for targeted keywords.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize landing pages and blog posts.
• Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitors’ strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide SEO support and guidance to the content and marketing teams.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with ScaleOcean’s business goals and lead generation objectives.
• Create and present performance reports, including organic traffic, conversions, keyword rankings, and lead generation metrics.
• Perform monthly site audits and technical SEO reviews to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead A/B testing and other optimization efforts to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring the successful execution of SEO initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on KPIs to maximize ROI and business growth.
