Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Security Investigator to conduct comprehensive security investigations and surveys across company operating areas, using both overt and covert approaches to ensure risk visibility and control.

The role includes executing AF Trigger investigations per daily tasks and SLA, inspecting POS security in line with business needs, and performing Employee Background Checks (EBC) to support HR and operations. Strong data collection and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking/financial field.
• Experience dealing with police force or public prosecutor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigations and surveys of company operating areas (overt and covert).
• Perform AF Trigger investigations per daily task assignments and ensure timely SLA.
• Investigate POS security in accordance with business needs and company procedures.
• Conduct Employee Background Checks (EBC) to support HR and business requirements.
• Collect data, prepare reports, and ensure evidence (photos/voice recordings) is accurate.
