Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a security investigator based in Tangerang to conduct structured investigations across company sites, including POS and employee background checks, in line with procedures and SLAs. You will gather evidence, compile reports, and support risk mitigation efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least two years in banking/financial security or related fields, with experience engaging with police or public prosecutors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking/financial field with related function.
• Experience dealing with police force or public prosecutor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigations and surveys in company operating areas, overt and covert.
• Carry out AF Trigger investigations per daily task assignments and ensure timely SLA.
• Investigate Point of Sales (POS) per business needs and company procedures within SLA.
• Perform Employee Background Check (EBC) as required by HR and business needs within SLA.
• Collect security data, prepare reports, capture evidence (photos/voice), and ensure report accuracy.
