Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Security & Investigation Officer to conduct investigations and surveys across Ambon and surrounding areas, following company procedures and SLA. The role includes AF Trigger investigations tied to daily tasks and ensures timely, accurate handling.

You will also perform POS-related investigations per business needs, conduct Employee Background Checks, and deliver evidence-backed reports for HR and operations, maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking/financial field with related function.
• Experience in dealing with police force or public prosecutor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigations and surveys in operating areas, overtly and covertly, per procedures and SLA.
• Perform AF Trigger investigations based on daily task assignments and ensure timely handling.
• Investigate POS security needs in line with business requirements and procedures.
• Conduct Employee Background Checks (EBC) to support HR and business needs.
• Collect data, prepare reports, and gather evidence (photos/voice) ensuring accuracy.
