Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Security Investigator to conduct security assessments across company sites in Indonesia. The role involves both overt and covert investigations, ensuring adherence to procedures and SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above required.
• Minimum 2 years of banking/financial experience.
• Experience dealing with police or public prosecutor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigations and surveys in company operating areas, overtly and covertly.
• Perform AF Trigger investigations per daily tasks and ensure timely SLA compliance.
• Investigate POS-related security concerns according to procedures and SLA.
• Carry out Employee Background Checks (EBC) per HR and business needs.
• Collect and analyze security data, prepare reports, capture evidence (photos/voice), and ensure report accuracy.
