Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Security Investigator to perform thorough security investigations and background checks within the banking/finance sector. The role involves detailed data collection, reporting, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and SLAs across various operations, including POS and field surveys.

Applicant should have a minimum of a bachelor degree with at least two years in banking or financial services and experience dealing with law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a Bachelor degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking/financial field with related function.
• Experience dealing with police or public prosecutor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigation and survey on company operating areas in overt and covert manners.
• Conduct AF Trigger investigation based on daily task assignment and ensure timely SLA.
• Conduct investigation for POS according to business needs and company procedures with timely SLA.
• Perform Employee Background Check (EBC) to support HR and business needs within procedures and SLA.
• Collect data for security investigations, prepare reports, gather evidence (photos, voice recordings) and ensure accuracy of information in reports.
