Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a security investigations professional to conduct thorough security surveys across company operating areas and to perform trigger investigations based on daily task allocation. The role includes POS security investigations and collaboration with HR for background checks, ensuring timely SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 2 years’ banking/financial sector experience, with proven experience dealing with police

• Experience in security investigations within the banking/financial sector.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare clear reports and gather evidence.
• Experience dealing with police or public prosecutor authorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security investigations and surveys in company operating areas.
• Perform AF Trigger investigations according to daily tasks and SLA.
• Investigate POS security needs in line with business requirements and SLA.
• Conduct Employee Background Checks per HR requests and company procedures.
• Collect and analyse security data, prepare reports with accurate evidence.
