Pt Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its remote sales operations nationwide. You will develop and execute sales strategies, mentor and manage a remote team of sales professionals, and drive substantial revenue growth from a fully remote setting.

You will recruit and train staff, set targets, analyze market trends, manage key client relationships, and participate in high-level negotiations, leveraging strong leadership and strategic planning to exceed ambitious

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in sales with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Experience leading remote sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
