Job summary

PT Lingkaran Transformasi Indonesia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to identify and develop new customers across industries, including panel makers, EPC contractors, oil & gas, and commercial buildings.

You will understand technical customer needs, prepare quotations, manage orders from PO to delivery and invoicing, and strive to meet brand sales targets. The role requires 2+ years of experience and willingness to travel, with a driving license; base in Tangerang area.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Engineer or Technical Sales.
• Understanding of basic electrical principles.
• Communicative, able to present, and target-oriented.
• Independent, honest, and detail-oriented in sales administration.
• Willing to travel outside the city for business purposes.
• Possess driving license A/C.

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers in industries, panel makers, EPC contractors, oil & gas, and commercial buildings
• Understand technical customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Create price quotations, follow up until PO, and oversee delivery and invoice processes
• Achieve sales targets per brand and report progress regularly
• Record reasons for unsuccessful quotations as evaluation material
• Support marketing activities such as technical seminars and customer visits
