Job summary

Nielsen is seeking a Senior Executive – Sales & Account Management in Jakarta Selatan to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships in Indonesia’s broadcaster and publisher sector.

You will lead new business development, manage contract renewals, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to close deals, while tracking opportunities in Salesforce and delivering tailored commercial solutions to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, account management or commercial experience.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia’s media and television landscape.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the Indonesian media sector to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end contract renewal process for assigned accounts and retention.
• Develop tailored pitch decks, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Analyze client needs and product usage to identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with Legal and Finance on day-to-day commercial queries.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account data in Salesforce.
• Provide revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and performance reports to management.
