What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Resource Planning.
• Prior experience within a multinational FMCG environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, data interpretation, and business planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
