Job summary

PT Agrinesia Raya seeks a Demand Planner Manager (Food and Beverage) to lead the development and maintenance of rolling demand forecasts across channels and products. The role analyzes sales trends, drives forecast accuracy, and aligns demand with production and purchasing plans to optimize stock and minimize excess inventory.

You will establish planning models, monitor performance, and guide improvements while coordinating with sales and PPIC to ensure on-time production and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial position within F&B Retail, bakery or fresh groceries.
• Strong track record in developing demand forecasting models and driving forecast accuracy improvements.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control parameters, including safety stock, reorder points, and inventory coverage planning.
• Experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and forecasting models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for all channels, stores, categories and products.
• Analyze historical sales trends and drivers to maximize stock availability and sales.
• Establish demand planning models and forecasting methodologies.
• Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Prepare demand scenarios and business assumptions for decision-making.
• Identify supply-demand gaps and recommend mitigation plans.
• Align and coordinate sales forecasts with production and purchase plan.
• Ensure production schedule meets sales needs and demand.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize on-shelf availability and minimize bad stock.
• Monitor production constraints and propose contingency plans during capacity limitations.
• Define inventory policies including safety stock, reorder points, and inventory coverage targets.
