Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Demand Planner in Indonesia to translate market insights and customer trends into accurate demand forecasts. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to balance service, inventory, and business performance.

The role requires a Bachelor\'s degree in a related field and 5-6 years in demand/supply planning, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Resource Planning.
  • FMCG multinational experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with forecasting and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Leverage forecasting tools and analytics to improve forecast accuracy and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand assumptions and develop consensus plans.
  • Lead and support the S&OP process, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for production, inventory, and distribution planning.
  • Monitor promotional activities, customer plans, and market dynamics to keep forecasts relevant and accurate.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning capabilities and business performance.

As a Demand Planner, where you'll play a critical role in translating market insights, customer trends, and commercial strategies into accurate demand forecasts that drive business growth.

In this role, you'll work at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time while balancing service, inventory, and business performance. Your insights will directly influence planning decisions, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
