Qualifications

• Proven track record as Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in high‑volume retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate staff.
• Deep understanding of retail operations including inventory, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory software; able to analyze data for insights.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
