As our Contract Product Researcher, you’ll be embedded in the Monetization and Promotion Platform group that directly impacts Gojek’s merchant and brand partners. You'll take the wheel in running and managing research works that will guide product development processes for ads and promo products. The Head of Business, Head of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers and Business Strategy teams will be your key stakeholders and companions on this ride. Our Merchants and Commerce Enablement Research team consists of 9 team members with various backgrounds in UX, market, and design research based in Jakarta. Working alongside Gojek's product and business vertical, we focus our efforts on small, medium, and large enterprises in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to deliver the best experience to our merchant-partners whenever they use our services. We're a group of creative problem solvers who like to explore and experiment with various methodologies and tackle business problems by innovative and unconventional means. Our team also consists of passionate foodies and podcast-listeners (recommendations in either domains is always welcome!). We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
