Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a highly analytical Remote Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to design, implement, and manage robust M&E frameworks for global programs. This fully remote role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&E, strong expertise in study design, data analysis (SPSS, R, Stata) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and experience communicating findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in development or non-profit sectors, with remote work experience.
• Strong understanding of M&E principles, frameworks and methodologies (logframes, Theory of Change).
• Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in designing data collection tools (surveys, interview guides) and managing databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive M&E plans, including indicators, data collection tools, and reporting formats for various programs.
• Oversee systematic collection, entry, and quality assurance of program data using digital platforms and remote collaboration.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess progress, impact, and effectiveness against objectives.
• Prepare clear, concise, and visually engaging M&E reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and capacity building to program teams on M&E best practices and data utilization.
• Contribute to the design of new programs by integrating M&E considerations from the outset.
