Job summary

World Vision is seeking a highly analytical Remote Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role designs, implements, and manages M&E frameworks to assess program performance and report outcomes to stakeholders.

You will conduct data analysis, develop tools, and support capacity building across programs, with strong knowledge of logframes, Theory of Change, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI). 5+ years in M&E and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in development/non-profit, with remote work experience.
• Strong understanding of M&E principles, frameworks, and methodologies (logframes, Theory of Change).
• Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in designing data collection tools and managing databases.
