Job summary

Pt Mitra Solusi Lelang is seeking a highly analytical Remote Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to design, implement, and manage robust M&E frameworks for our programs. This fully remote role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&E, proficiency with SPSS/R/Stata and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus a Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in development or non-profit sectors.
• Strong understanding of M&E principles, logframes and Theory of Change.
• Experience with data visualization and statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive M&E plans with indicators and data tools.
• Oversee data collection, entry and QA across programs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess progress and impact.
• Prepare clear M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and capacity building on M&E best practices.
• Contribute to program design by integrating M&E considerations from the start.
