Job summary

Puskapa seeks an experienced Remote HSE Manager to champion Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across renewable energy projects. This fully remote position lets you influence safety culture and policies from anywhere while ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.

You will develop, implement, and oversee HSE programs, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training for employees and contractors, promoting a robust safety culture across dispersed operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in energy or construction.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, best practices, and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HSE management systems across projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations across sites.
• Ensure compliance with national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture through remote communication and engagement.
