Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in development or non-profit sectors, with remote work experience.
• Strong understanding of M&E principles, frameworks and methodologies (logframes, Theory of Change).
• Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in designing data collection tools (surveys, interview guides) and managing databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive M&E plans, including indicators, data collection tools, and reporting formats for various programs.
• Oversee systematic collection, entry, and quality assurance of program data using digital platforms and remote collaboration.
