PT Higienis Indonesia is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition as we scale. You’ll own the full hiring engine—from sourcing strategy to final offer—and partner with department heads to align hiring with business goals.

Required: 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Admin, and fluency in English and Bahasa. Jakarta-based or willing to relocate, with availability for in-person interviews at our Jakarta office.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition as we scale. You'll own the full hiring engine — from sourcing strategy to final offer — and act as a strategic partner to department heads across the business.

This is a senior-level position; candidates with fewer than 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment: Lead the full hiring lifecycle, from role scoping to offer, ensuring speed and quality keep pace with business growth
• Build sourcing strategy: Design and execute creative sourcing approaches to reach high-performing talent in competitive markets
• Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with department heads to translate business goals into hiring plans and pipelines
• Elevate hiring quality: Design and oversee screening and interview frameworks that assess both technical capability and cultural fit

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent English and Bahasa, written and spoken
