Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) invites a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead financial control of projects, collaborating with Project Managers and Directors. You will evaluate contracts under the DPI framework, manage variations and payments, and mitigate commercial risks while supporting procurement and post‑contract reviews.

Qualifications

Experience in similar quantity surveying roles.
Numeracy and budgeting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and Mandarin are desirable.

Responsibilities

Report to EVP APAC/Head of Commercial to ensure proactive cost control.
Compile and deliver comprehensive financial reports.
Oversee bid process for future opportunities.
Administer cost and variation procedures throughout project lifecycle.
Perform full contract surveying duties including variations and disputes.
Represent the company in client meetings as required.
Prepare Cost Value Comparison (P&L) reports monthly.
