Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own customer accounts and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects. You will act as the primary client contact, guiding teams through bid, pre-commencement, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across all project phases.

Responsibilities include establishing project structures, leading HR processes, managing subcontractors, and delivering consistent outcomes in line with DPI standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Health and Safety leadership experience.
• Solid commercial acumen with P&L understanding.
• Experience delivering large data centre/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers projects from bid to completion with profitable outcomes.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams, HR processes and subcontractor management.
• Maintains customer relationships and ensures service levels meet expectations.
• Develops and maintains project reporting and risk management.
