Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited in Jakarta seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial planning on projects. You will track project costs and cash flows against budget, prepare and submit monthly progress claims, and assist in procurement scheduling and subcontractor evaluation.

You will work with project teams to prepare contracts to minimize cost, maximize recovery, and limit contractual exposure to disputes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject.
• Total work experience of 8+ years, with 3-5 years in contracting of projects of similar size/complexity.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and contracting legal aspects.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial planning for projects and monitor cost against budget.
• Prepare, submit and track monthly progress claims to client.
• Prepare procurement schedules and evaluate sub-contractors.
• Prepare contracts with project teams to minimize cost and limit disputes.
