Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and financial control across construction projects in Karawang, Indonesia. You will produce BOQs, budgets, tender quotes, and monitor variances while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM-based take-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or cost control in construction/MEP.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, tender pricing, and contract valuation.
• Ability to interpret drawings (architectural, structural, MEP) and coordinate with teams.
• Proficient in Excel and cost analysis; familiarity with BIM-based take-offs is a plus.
• English business proficiency; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities for architectural, structural, and MEP works and prepare BOQ.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and tender quotations for all costs.
• Review contracts for quantities, unit prices, payment terms, and settlements.
• Identify cost deviations and recommend cost-control measures.
• Prepare progress payment applications and coordinate with owners, contractors, auditors.
• Manage design changes and variation orders and update budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement to support cost-effective purchasing.
• Collaborate with BIM teams to reconcile take-offs with budgets.
