PT Cartrack South East Asia is seeking a Senior QA for Telemarketing to join a multilingual, fast-growing team in Indonesia. The role focuses on auditing inbound/outbound sales calls, rating them against quality standards, and guiding agents with actionable feedback to improve performance.

You will collaborate with the Team Lead and Trainer, consolidate QA scores, and deliver regular reports to management. Fluency in English and a strong auditing background are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience auditing sales calls and coaching agents.
• Strong background in Sales/Telemarketing call audits.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Attention to detail, analytical and listening skills.

Aufgaben

• Communicate QA results to agents and supervisors daily.

• Assess and rate inbound and outbound "sales" calls according to company quality standards.

• Owns a deep understanding on Sales Metrics, Model and Structures.
• At least 5 years of experience in auditing sales calls and coaching agents.
