Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to close the full sales documentation process for new and upgrading owners on site.

You will emphasize key benefits to support the owner's purchase decision and ensure a seamless Count on Me service experience. As the primary site contact for owners, you will ensure compliance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, collaborate with sales and finance, and contribute to retention and training initiatives within the site

Responsibilities

• Complete and review all sales and finance documents with new and upgrading owners.
• Provide pre and post-sale Count on Me! Service to ensure retention and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely collection and processing of information for Vacation Credits loan assessment.
• Observe compliance concerns and train staff as needed with site trainers.
• Participate in sales and site management meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Retention and Discovery or QA Manager.
