Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to oversee the closing of sales documentation and support new and upgrading owners, emphasizing key benefit points and ensuring a smooth, compliant transaction.

As the primary site contact, you will deliver Count on Me! service to retain business and ensure regulatory compliance with financing and consumer credit processes. This role partners with sales and finance to improve retention and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales compliance and regulatory processes.
• Attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on retention.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review all sales and finance documents with new and upgrading owners.
• Provide pre and post-sale Count on Me! Service to ensure retention and compliance with processes.
• Ensure timely collection and processing of information required for loan assessment and purchase approvals.
• Identify compliance concerns and communicate with Site Directors or QA Manager; train staff as needed.
• Participate in sales and site management meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
